Refund policy

Online purchases:

Jewelry may be returned for a full refund if it is returned within 14 days of the date the jewelry was shipped, providing that the jewelry is returned with all the original packaging materials. Returns unaccompanied by original documentation will not be honored. All jewelry must be in new condition, without having been re-sized or altered in any way. Corinthia Peoples will refund the purchase price of jewelry when returned within the time and manner specified above. Refunds shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card, or wire transfer, etc. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Include the email address you used to place your order as well as the order #. Choose between a refund, store credit or exchange. A free return shipping label will be emailed to you once we evaluate your return request.
