You will receive order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.
PRICES
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. California taxes and duties will be applied to orders dispatched within the United States. California, USA will be applied to all other country destinations.
SHIPPING & COSTS
Corinthia Peoples Fine Jewelry Designs ensures each purchase from the time it leaves our hands until it is delivered to you via your shipping rate. The insurance and shipping rate is calibrated to the jewelry’s purchasing price.
For some reason, an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. In the unlikely event of extended delivery time, you will be notified by email immediately after your order has been handled and submitted.
Some styles are special ordered, and the production and delivery time might in that case be longer (3 to 6 weeks). This condition will be listed in the product description.
All Corinthia Peoples pieces are shipped in a Corinthia Peoples-branded craft pouch and a polishing cloth.
For a small charge of $15.00, we offer gift-wrapping. This includes one of Corinthia Peoples boxes with wrapping paper, signature ribbon, and the option to write a personal message.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are available through USPS, DHL and UPS with the option to be fully insured by you. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for the import.
Fixed price for shipments within the United States of America: $15.00 USD.
Fixed price for shipments to all other countries: Is handled per order occurrence.
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be deducted from the total payment.
CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel an order, please send an email marked ‘Cancellation’ to shipping@corinthiapeoples.com noting the order date and number. Alternatively, reply to your order confirmation email with ‘Cancellation’ in the subject line. Order cancellations must be made before 1 pm PST on the day the order is placed. If the cancellation is not sent in time, we will consider the cancellation as a return (see: RETURNS & REFUNDS).
WARRANTY, CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
We offer a 30-day warranty on all products purchased from Corinthia Peoples Fine Jewelry Designs.
This warranty guarantees the customer the right to complain about a product that is faulty at the time of sale. The burden of proof lies with Corinthia Peoples Designs Fine Jewelry Designs for up to 30-days after purchase, thereafter with the customer for the life and longevity of the jewelry.
Corinthia Peoples Fine Jewelry Designs is liable for the cost of repair should a product break during the warranty period, as long as it is NOT a one-of-a-kind design. It is not possible to replace, repair nor restore the jewelry piece. Damage to products caused by incorrect wear or handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty.
